A GRIM OCEAN TALE
This documentary film explores Jodi Endicott's passion for our ocean mammals. Endicott's poignant art works features water mammals fight for clean water and survival. Her art made from ocean trash has been presented in solo and group exhibitions in museums and galleries in the United States and Japan, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum; the Hawaii State Art Museum; the Contemporary Museum ; and the Downtown Art Center in Honolulu, Hawai’i. On Maui she has been featured at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, in Kahalui and Hui No’eau in Makawao, as well as recently in Khatmandu and Korea with the International Artists Association.
In addition, Endicott’s art works are also in prominent public, corporate, and private collections, including those of the City and County of Honolulu; the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts; Alexander and Baldwin and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

BEYOND BARS: Prison Women Speak is an award-winning film that features three courageous female offenders telling their stories of how, why and what took them to prison. The film examines the fact that Hawai`i locks up a higher percentage of people than wealthy democracies like the United Kingdom, Canada, and France. With histories of poverty and trauma female prisoners are extremely vulnerable – 60% are child survivors of physical violence, mental abuse, physical violence, mental abuse, and sexual assault. is a testament to her dedicated work to uplift women.
More than 740,000 women are in prison around the world. 200,000 of them are in the United States. In the last 40 years the rate of female incarceration has risen by an alarming rate of 700%. The United States accounts for over 30% of incarcerated women in the world yet has only 5% of the world’s female population. 60% are child survivors of physical violence, mental, emotional abuse and sexual assault. Their voices are often quieted, even silenced, but with determination, courage, and resilience, these five inmates tell their stories in a poignant and compelling observational documentary short that moves audiences with compassion and understanding of a vulnerable demographic in our nation.

We commit 10% of all our revenue to the TAHIRIH ASSOCIATION, A 501.c.3 non-profit who has been helping women and girls around the world with education scholarships for 25 years. In addition we been established the BEYOND BARS Reentry program for females released from prison who are reuniting with their family and reintegrating into society. In South Africa we serve women and children in domestic violence centers and develop food security programs, along with offering healthy meals to elders in the community.
